Postgraduate Certificate in Real Estate (Online)
The Postgraduate Certificate in Real Estate is a postgraduate program of very short duration for those wishing to obtain advanced skills in a very precise subject, without the requirement of taking a large course load or writing a Dissertation or Final Project.
Postgraduate Certificate students may choose any 6 courses from the course list of the Master Real Estate. The program may be completed in as little as one year, though there is considerable flexibility to accommodate student's professional schedules and the credits may be accumulated for up to 4 years.
The entrance requirements for the Postgraduate Certificate are the same as for the Master Real Estate. A student registered for the Postgraduate Certificate may at any time apply to upgrade their registration to the Postgraduate Diploma or the Master of Real Estate, and apply all of the credits earned to date towards the award of the Master. (In this circumstance, successful students are awarded only the highest qualification, as credit awarded at the Academy may not count towards more than one award).
